what is error999 cant play yahoo games?

every time i go to yahoo games a screen comes up error999 and will not let you enter game room to play

Log on to yahoo mail 1st then go to games.This by-passes my yahoo main page and gets you around the 999 error.

This error appears to be caused by some sort of bandwidth limiting system that Yahoo has put in place on their servers
