muscle pain?

Question

My right bicep has a deep ache to it. I don't think I have pulled a muscle but I did stress it. How long does it take for something like this to clear up and what can I do or take to ease the pain? I tried masturbating last night and I had to do it with my left hand it was that bad. It wasn't as good, it felt like a retarded chick was jacking me off:(
