thanks,mr. potter boy for the suggestion. but this isn't my homework. i have not touched conic section since 10 yrs. i guess u can very well imagine how it will be after 10 yrs of ur studies. but i have do this as it is one of prerequisite for my further studies. so,,if u can help,,, it will be great
