Any ideas on what other props I can use or other ideas? So far I am wearing a cheap tacky jacket, with short khakis and golf shoes, with a wig and cigar and golf club. What else could I do?

The hair and the mannerisms are his main distinguishing features. You might want to practice his mannerisms in front of a mirror.

I dress as Kramer each year and I am fortunate to have the hair already. I grow it longer/higher this time of year and it is kind of a hassle to look normal. You have chosen some good props, and people should know right away who you are without any more props. Be sure to have at the ready various catch phrases that he spoke.

Chino pants, that are too short (floods)
Cigar (Preferably lit)
Wild fluffy hair
A Pipe (he used one in a few shows) with a jacket with patches on the elbows

How many things are you planning on toting around? Your costume sounds good. Run around and slide into doorways alot. Bother everyone to give you their bottled for recycling. Nod and say "yah, yah" thoughtfully, as if you've had en epiphany.

Go straight to the kitchen look for stuff in the refrigerator and find a cereal box and carry it around.
