I would like to go to our office halloween party dressed as a vending machine. I have the basic idea down but it doesn't look as good as I had hoped. Any suggestions? I cannot find any pictures online.

well id say get a big box. .. maybe from a refrdgerator.. & cut out a big whole in the front. and put saram wrap where the big hole is so it looks like the plastic front. of the snack machines. then get little candy wrappers. such as snicker resses potato chips crackers. and put then on the other side of the suram wrap .. && you can easily use the buttons of an old calculator for the buttons you push to get your snack. make a spot @ the top for your head and 2 spots on the side for your arms. && 2 spots on the bottom for your feet. i think this would be a really cute idea.. i reallyy* hope it works out for you.!

Use empty containers inside your costume door. Make a cardboard door that will open and close with small shelves where you have the items that the vending machine is selling, for example, candy wrappers, gum wrappers, chip bags, cola cans, etc, the costume will become too heavy if you try to use the full containers. Don't forget to add the insert coin slit and coin changer. Possibly a keypad of some sort with the number of the items for sale. Frankly, I have never seen a costume like this, but it will be unique and fun.

You should be able to find some pictures of bags of chips & etc online from company websites - print & cut and paste to a box ...

in case you will get a large field or mixed different packing boxes mutually, you may make a whimpy version of it. you will be able to desire to easily draw the stuff on it, or print out photos from the information superhighway and paste them on, and so on.. you will be able to desire to in all likelihood get it down in merely an hour or 2.
