In Britain (note the spelling) there already are £100 notes. The 3 scottish banks issue them and as far as I recall some of the banks in northern ireland do.
If you mean England, say so! If the Bank of England did decide to issue £100 notes, there would be no presumption, The Queen's portrait WOULD be on the notes.

Since the current notes have great British achievers like Stephenson, Darwin, Dickens, Elgar et al, I'd like to see another great achiever like John Logie Baird, inventor of television. It is a British invention which had had a huge impact on the world.
Incidentally Northern Ireland has £100 notes. I can't remember who is on it - it could be the inventor of the airplane ejector seat.
