They will test your urine (you will have to pee in a cup), take your blood pressure, weight, and check your feet for swelling/hands for swelling. They will measure your stomach, listen to the baby's heartbeat, and ask if you have any questions or concerns. They will probably do a glucose screening test (to check for gestational diabetes) at about 28 weeks along, and they will do that at one of your regular appointments.
Good luck with everything and congrats! :)

Unless you are having complications, there is no reason for you to consent to a pelvic exam until you are in labor. They really don't give any useful information about when the baby will come. You can decline if you don't want one.
check your urine
weigh you
chech your BP
listen for fetal heart tones
measure your fundal height
check to see if you have any swelling
feel your belly to check baby's position
probably some bloodwork/gestational diabetes test around 28 weeks or so
also test you for Group B Strep (vaginal & rectal swab)
Make sure you write down any questions you have and take them with you so you don't forget to ask your caregiver anything important.

I don't remember having any pelvic exams until I got to my every week appointments. Usually he just measures you, asks if you have any questions or concerns, talks to you a little more about delivery options and tells you to see him in two weeks. Congrats if you are to that point!
