How can I set up a special needs trust for my daughter with Cerebral Palsey?

I need to set up one before she is 18 next summer.

Definately contact an attorney. I work for an attorney in Texas, he's usually a bit on the pricely side, and he does normal life insurance trusts for about $1750. I hope that helps you decide when you look for an attorney.
