For $25, what's the best website someone could get that was hand crafted, or templated?

Not something that has to sit on a particular server.
Something that is easily expandable, editable.

I could make you a one pager for that price, or perhaps two, if there were not many graphics. But the other (deeply intelligent) gentleman was right. It'll cost you $9 more if you need a name registered, but I guess you were not asking for that anyway?
