Get him a good strong cup of coffee...
What does having kids have to do with blowing him ?
Don't do it in front of the kids...
What kind of weird person are you ?
( That was a joke )

maybe he can go to sleep earlier that way he will have anough
rest for the night
another thing is for him to eat lighter at in the afternoon
if none of this work he needs to see a doc
do some blood work
my husband was having some problem with waking up (he was tired)
him is because he was anemic after he had an operation
and and also because he has sinus problem and was breathing right so he actually never get a good night sleep
But when a person is not sleeping well /can not wake up in the morning it is usually other problem (medical)
You personally can't do much about it
only him (if it is stress)
but my advise is to have him see his doc
Good Luck

Hhhhmmm.... This is a tough one... Or is it? It's been my experience that the earlier people go to bed, the earlier they get up! Perhaps it's as simple as that. You need to find a way to lure him to bed earlier, if this means putting on a movie for the kids, or putting them to bed, so be it... Most men fall asleep right after sex, right???

You have to do something to excite the man...Maybe you should get up in the middle of the morning and take a ride!!! Give him something to work for... I have kids too but I still get up and excite my husband because I like to see him chasing me...It is fun...I still take time out for my husband to entertain his manly ways. Why don't you want to do anything to excite him?

i imagine it became per week or so in the past even as my ex-spouse and that i resolved diverse issues and it became the subsequent day. I wasn't chuffed a lot as relieved that we'd come to an settlement that became a healthful compromise for both one human beings.

I know lots of folks like this, just need lots of sleep..sorry to tell you, but you are not likely to change this! You may want to badly and cannot hardly take it, but he is still going to be a hard sleeper.

Hey, you just need to crawl in bed with him about an hour before he needs to wake up, cuddle up and let nature take its course.

You just answered your own question. If you don't have time to blow him, then don't expect him to wake up happy. At leat give him a massage or something, sheesh.

Ask him to go to the Dr. Ask him if he thinks he knows why he is having difficulty sleeping
