Have you reminded of how you know her and from how long ago. I once bumped into someone at a supermarket. That person recognized me right away. I had no idea who she was. It turned out we attended kindergarten together. That was more than 30 years ago and I simply did not remember her.Talk to her honestly. Perhaps she just needs her memory jogged.
