It seems that ur system is infected with trojans and viruses. Reeboot ur system in the safe mode and then sacn ur system with the updatd antivirus and the Antispyware.
Before rebooting , download or update ur antivirus and the antispyware.
Its a sad fact that not every antivirus or the antispyware removes all the virii n the trojans fully. Because, any single antivirus dnt have all the requred signature files and other necessary info abt each n every virus. Thus , at present Nortons Antivirus and the Lavasofts Ad-Aware antispyware are the most potent to combat these problems. So I advice u to download these two most essential software (or update )into ur system. And cleanse ur system of spywares, Trojans and the virii.
Once downloaded and installed, reboot the system into the safe mode and then scan ur system for problems.

I also suggest u to download the Firefox with google toolbar (also there to download in the site) as it disables the ActiveX scripts while you browse the notorious websites and thus remain uninfected from them.

With Windows XP you can access the Task Manager by right clicking your mouse on the toolbar, select Task manager.
Do you have a virus or spy ware?

it's win32.Svich worm.. It is a 244 kB long worm spreading through Yahoo! Instant Messenger and removable media. It is capable of downloading other possibly dangerous applications from the Internet. It also lowers the level of security of the infected PC. check out bith this link

I think your pc is infected with w32 kind of a virus
try Mcafee avert stinger.

have you tried? press control, alt, delete to call it up if not start in safe mode run complete scan and try again

try a full complete scan using norton. download updates from norton
