As far as I know,
Computers: Fujitsu, Sony, Toshiba, NEC, DELL, Gateway, IBM, Sotec, Mac. I am using NEC.
HP is not so popular in Japan. DELL and IBM are popular as a company's PC.
OS: Windows XP, 2000 and 98(few though)
I am using XP. I think some company use Windows NT, still.
Microsoft Power Point, Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet Explorer are very very popular. And the persons who can use PC well, they do not want to use Internet Explorer. Mozilla Firefox, Opera or Lunascape are commonly used. I am using Mozilla Firefox.
