By my calculations, it has only been 5 weeks. But if you are worried about it, go buy an EPT early pregnancy test and find out for sure. Stress can make you late...and not knowing is definitely stressful.

4weeks & 6 days pregnant i believe you may be... take a test to find out! It sure is possible if you had unprotected sex! (Dr. consider it pregnant from the first day of your last menstrual period. Sept. 23 to now is 4 weeks and 6 days pregnant.)
This all saying that your cycle is 28 days long. (would ovulate around 6th of october, and would have had intercourse between 4th and 8th or so)

if you were sexually active during your fertile days (the week after your period, or the week before your next period) you not only may be but you for sure are. still take a home test I find EPT to be very accurate.

Are you sexually active and having unprotected intercourse? If you answered "Yes", then the answer is yes. What we don't know, is when you ovulated. If you ovulated yesterday, then it's unlikey you are pregnant. If you ovulated 3 weeks ago, then you might want to do a Urine Pregnancy Test.

depending on how old are you and what have you eaten lately. If you are stressed and change eating habbit. that may delay your period. However, if you never had sex, then, it is impossible you are pregnant.
Yes, spend few dollars and take a test, that is 100% for sure
