I've been able to slim down with Slender Fx; an all natural supplement that lowers my Leptin Levels. Leptin is a hormone that retains fat in the body. I've been on it 2 1/2 months, and I've lost 14 lbs, a whole pant size and 4 inches on my waist! The hips are shrinking, and I LOVE IT! Check it out at http://members.youngevity.com/users/wellnesscenter

I know what you mean... I had big hip ever since I hit puberty. They feel them even heavier around the time I hit my period... I'm not fat and I'm sure your not... Some time I wish I could chop them off...lol... But its all good 'cause there are lots of men that love big hips and a small waist...lol... Just buy clothing that fits your body and dont even look at the size.... If you look good in them buy them...

Running would be the best choice. You should also cut out all sodas, and only drink water. Goodluck

i don't really know what kind of answer you're looking for. are you asking what type of clothes you should wear to camouflage it or what?
otherwise do some excercise and hopefully that will eventually solve your issue

you send me a pic...j/k. depends on your weight I guess. Also depends if it's excessive weight. Excercise, run, things like that will help you get rid of them if you are not comfortable with it.

I would say running. Or if you are worried about your knees, an elliptical machine is good.
