Amtrak makes 5 runs a day (1 train and 4 busses) to downtown Vancouver (Pacific Central Station). From there you can walk out the front door and there's an elevated train station. For $2.25 you can ride that all the way to Louheed Station (about a half hour ride on the Millenium Line). From Louheed Station there's a city bus that you can use your Millenium ticket to get on and it will say Coquitlam Centre on the front.

Also, you could take the QuickShuttle bus for $99 (I think) or try Greyhound.

The Greyhound bus depot is in Coquitlam -- but not at Coquitlam Centre. you'll have to take a city bus from the depot to the Centre.
