Take the valve apart after shutting the water off. It should have an O-Ring used to make the seal. Go to your local hardware store with the O-Ring and try to find one the same size. They should have an assorment of O-rings around the plumbing section. While you're there, grab a little grease to put on the O-Ring so that the friction from turning your handle doesn't wear it out as quick. Put it back together, turn the water back on, and walla you are done.

phone the company and ask for mr terry scaife, he is my father, he left me when i was four and never got intouch.im 37 now.i knw he still works there cos i checked. am i bitter? may be but my lithium helps.
