blue light has the biggest wavelength out of all the visible light spectrum, therefore it doesn't get filtered out in the atmosphere like all the other colors

Wow. 8 answers and only one right. Blue light has the shortest wavelength of visible light, not the longest. So the light from the Sun is more scattered in blue - it goes everywhere, unlike the redder/yellow light, which makes it straight to our eyes. Look up 'Rayleigh scattering'.
The sky is NOT blue because of reflection off the ocean.

A pink sky would be nice. The sky is actually blue because the sun cast a reflection from the ocean and the outer atmosphere acts like a mirror.

The sky isn't blue, the way our eyes interpret the light makes it appear blue.. That's what I remember froim science GCSEs years ago anyway.
