NO. they don't. Only the winning team get a Super Bowl ring. The losing team might get a Conference Championship ring, but that is not a Super Bowl ring. I don't even think the Conference Championship rings are given out anymore.

The only ring the losing Super Bowl team gets is their Conference Championship rings, whether it's in the NFC or the AFC.

WHY would you get a ring if you do not win and the rings get fitted a week or so after the game and come custom with the team name or symbol on it DIRTY N is a complete dumb ***.
