It's a bag that a man carries.
Almost like a briefcase, but a bit more stylish. It's usually worn over the shoulder, like you would see a woman carrying a bag.

Hey hunni, apparently it a male version of a purse, though any man i know would not be caught dead with one, i guess if you are a metrosexual than it could be acceptable...cannot imagine fred carrying one though lol....

LOL. i have to laugh, not at you, but because my hubby has one. I call it his purse all the time and he always corrects me and says it is his man bag! Its a lot bigger then my purse and has a lot more in it, but you know men, everything has to be man sized...lol Even their purses!
