Its a sad fact that not anyone of the antivirus or the antispyware removes the virii n the trojans fully. Because, an antivirus dnt have the requred signature file and other necessary info abt each n every virus. Thus , ). At present Nortons Antivirus and the Lavasofts Ad-Aware antispyware are the most potent to combat these problems. So I advice u to download these two most essential software (or update )into ur system. And cleanse ur system of spywares, Trojans and the virii.
Once downloaded and installed, reboot the system into the safe mode and then scan ur system for problems.
Download these two in one go from this website.
http://www.download-googlesearch.blogspot.com/
I also suggest u to download the Firefox with google toolbar (also there to download in the site) as it disables the ActiveX scripts while you browse the notorious websites and thus remain uninfected from them.
Hope this information helps you a lot.
Best of Luck!!!!
This site also prmotes the following software for free (no activational n registration required)
1. Ad-Aware SE Personal - Antispyware utility by Lavasoft
2. Norton AntiVirus 2005 Special Edition - Antivirus utility by Symantec
3. RealPlayer - Media player
4. Picasa - Photo organizer
5. Google Earth - 3D Earth browser
6. Adobe Reader 7 - PDF readerAdobe Systems

I think you should do some basic maintence on your computer. Todays standard for RAM is about 512MB and you nly have 228 64MB Im assuming is going to your video card.
How often do you disk cleanup?
Do you use a regisrty cleaner to clean your computer?
www.ccleaner.com
Do you Defragment your hard drive?
Are you using Norton Symantec Products? ( It takes up alot of system resources if so get an aditional 256MB RAM) If not then just clean your computer out
Oh you can also increase your computer system pageing file size. ( Works with windows 2000 or Up
Right Click-> My computer->Properties->Advance->Preformance (setting button) and adjust it. Increase the range by 100 and see if it helps ex Previous 200Mb-400Mb Increase to 300MB-500MB

you in all risk could flow by some maintenance procedures. there is often disk defragmenting and disk cleanup that'll help un-clutter your complicated force for greater velocity. there is the prospect which you have quite some undercover agent ware/spyware/viruses on your computing device. Get advert-conscious, FreeAVG, and Spybot: seek and injury to get them off. That and it is quite helpful to purpose blowing out the dirt on your computing device. do no longer do it with a well-known abode vacuum, otherwise the static from the vacuum will reason your computing device to malfunction.

run a disk check. go to my computer then right click the c drive. go to the tabs tool. and click run disk check. check the two boxes and click ok. then it will prompt you saying to do it at statr up. say yes and then restart your pc. this will take about half an hour to do and will fix any problem with the drive.
