well i'm not sure if jauharabad is a proper urban area but check for internet services like CyberNet, SuperNet, Cyber Access, World Call, WOL, AOL Pakistan, Paknet in DIAL-UP INTERNET
Alternatively if u can get World Call Broadband (Go 4 B) or Satcomm's Broadband it'd be great ...
