want to use fake blood for costume but do not want to ruin clothes?

what can i use as blood on my coveralls that won't stain them afterwords?

I'd go for the ketchup. It is the most likely to wash out well because the red is tomato not dye, and it's very believeable as it dries!!

Pretty much all f.b.s stain, so i'd go with red food coloring with some corn starch to thicken it.

if you have any old , nearly worn out coveralls , you could use them. anyway, good luck.
