I am usually pretty close, I might have to tweak my impression over time, but i rarely have to completely reevaluate

Yes it has happened. And when it happens I just feel stupid that I would actually judge someone on a first impression. However, more often than not though, my first impression is right, and I tend to think that the way people behave in a first encounter actually tells a lot about them.

I've judged based on first impressions. But, I've never been WAY off. Maybe just a little off.

I know I have been guilty of it, would be lying if I said I haven't. Sometimes first impressions can be misleading due to any number of circumstances. I've learned to always give a person a second chance (although they say you never get a second chance to make a first impression) because I know I would want someone to do that for me.

even though the first impression of someone is important, i really try to be open minded and can usually be right on if i like them or not. i can't ever say that i have been way off, but have made mistakes.
i was afraid of my best friend when i first met her, lol, but we have been together for over 16 years, so i guess that says it all.

I try not to,
but strangely enough after a period of time some people I have come to loggerheads with at first impressions have ended up becoming quite dear to me over the years..

I try to not judge people at all; but I'm not perfect, so yes, I have. And unfortunately, no I found out later that I was correct.â¥

I really try not to judge except by bad actions I see. I stay away from those and by judging in such a way I have never been wrong. Have a good one Jennifer, ;=).

When I was younger, I did. I learned never to judge a book by its cover, so I no longer do that. Good question.
