Probably not much. I'm a wimp. If I were to advise them on how to make me give up the info, I'd say make me watch Ronnie James Dio videos. I'd give them all the info they wanted 30 seconds into the first video.

depends on each person. i am told that normally nobody can last for more than 20 minutes under a pro unless you had some kind of training
