We have put up lights that are bats on our window and stuck it up with tape. It keeps falling down. What is the best way to keep them on the window without having to put nails in the walls.

I'd recommend using an adhesive putty. Dap makes one called Blue Stik, and it works wonderfully! You just take a strip out of the package and rip off whatever size you need, a little goes a long way. Best part is, it won't damage your surfaces in any way. You can find it by in the stationary aisle in Walmart or any discount store (it's where the pens, notebooks, etc are). I found mine over by where the tape and glue is.
Hope this helps! :)

the best decor idea is tempra paint in the future. It washes off easily. For now use double sided tapes that is strong and durable
there is also putty that works well

Clean your windows really good, then wipe dry. Usa the cling ons that you can buy in the stores in the Halloween section. they will stay on til you take them off.
