Do you believe in perfection? It's often said that no one, or nothing, is perfect....think about your answer and then read what I've written.

You may have heard the saying a “Persian Flaw.” The legend behind it goes that in ancient times, Persian rug makers were deeply religious and believed that only G-d could make something perfect. Therefore, in their humility before G-d, they would deliberately drop in a small faulty stitch, a flaw, into each rug.

In doing so, a “Persian Flaw” revealed the rug maker’s devotion to G-d. It’s a whole different way to express how one feels in the grand scheme of life, and while it doesn’t excuse us, it works as a hat tip to how we are all human and imperfect.
