Who will win the ICC Champions Trophy?

The ICC Champions Trophy, the second-most prized competition in one-day cricket, has started in India. Who do you think will win?

The bookmakers have made Australia favourites. Ricky Ponting's side impressed against England but will they repeat their form?

Many will fancy the hosts. India thrashed England, but can they maintain momentum in front of a fervent home crowd?

Controversy continues to follow Pakistan. Shoaib Akhtar and Mohammad Asif have been sent home from the tournament by the Pakistan Cricket Board after both players tested positive for performance-enhancing drugs. However, Bob Woolmer, the coach, believes the team will miss Inzamam-ul-Haq more. Will the disruptions tell?

To remain in the event, England need to thrash the West Indies and hope India easily win their remaining matches. Is there any hope for Andrew Flintoff's beleaguered side?

Most people said India or Australia.

Only one of these teams can actually make the semis..

Its tempting to look the Windies, NZ or SA as the teams who have already qualifiied, and who have played the smartest cricket on these ptiches. Yea, and NZ's 274, 99 of the last 10 was particually boring.

India, although it will be tough because it seems as though just about every team is getting lower than 215. I say the finals will be India and Australia, but it will all come down to bowling, especially spinners like Singh.

it wont be NZ anymore that is for sure cos that is the most boring team of the championship

now the toss is between India and Australia
if Australia wins that match it is surely Australia else it is going to be India for sure
windies are there for a while and the while is over.
