Who is a movie character that you would never want to meet in real life because he's just that creepy?
For me it would either be Freddy Kreuger or John from Se7en.

I think the creepiest character was the girl in the well in "The Ring". I've seen lots of horror movies and that one I had dreams about.

This isn't from a slasher/horror movie, but this character just creeps me out with nightmares, because he can also be very realistic:
I don't remember the name, but it was Robert DeNiro's character from Cape Fear. He was just sneaky, evil and vicious and should've won an Oscar.

The "facehugger" from Alien. That makes my skin crawl everytime I see it.
And yeah, the half dead guy they found on the bed in the movie Seven with Morgan Freeman and Brad Pitt. That sh*t made me jump a little.
