okay, are we talking about a board you bought in a store or one that has been handmade by an individual?

Here's my two cents.
1988, I was 16, my best friend was 18. We were at a friend's home. He was into some thing, hell I don't even understand now. So we are there in his room on the floor doing what you do w/ the ouiji board. My best friend, James, wants to know how he will die. Not when...how. It spells out car. Okay, thinking he will outsmart this answer, he begins riding his 10 speed bike everywhere. Tragically, my best friend was hit by a car, just 2 weeks later. He was dragged down a road for at least a 1/4 mile. The driver and the passenger picked him up, put him in the back seat of the car, (I assume to get him to the hospital) One mile later, they dumped his body on the same road. He died in their car.

Okay, I got off topic. But it helped me to let go a little, so I thank you.
On topic, this instance may have been purely coincidence, but I surely will never touch one again. I have the store bought one, use it for Halloween effect.
For all I know, I WILL die at 38, just like the thing predicted.

Your going to think this is stupid, but its as close as it gets

A few years ago I had a car that broke down, my dad (good mechanic) had to rebuild the engine. He did that and when he was done he tried to start it and it wouldnt, this went on for about 1 month. He tried EVERYTHING. I really need this car for work, so I started thinking WHY? then I remembered I had an Ouiji board in the trunk, the day I took it out, the car started right up for my dad, he did nothing differnt. I also had a Jesus hanging from my rearview mirror lol might of had something to do with that! So thats my lame story. I want to hear yours.

Okay, one day (years and years ago) I met this guy in a bar (member of a very famous band in Europe, actually) and anyway, we started talking and when I told him that I enjoyed playing with the Ouija board, he acted as if he had just seen a ghost. Turned out he has had this terrible experience, where an "entity" apparently entered his body. He doesn't remember anything, but when he woke up, he saw his friends all backed up against the wall. They told him that he fell down, twisted and turned, screamed, spoke in a weird voice and said all kind of crazy things. Needless to say, I never went near an Ouija board again! Please, stay away from those things, it's not a game.

You people have to remember. A ouiji board is like a lightning rod. As some one else mentioned, do NOT throw it away. Find someone in the pagan community to dispose of it for you. These things act as almost portals for some and have no effect for others. There is a relationship on your psychic sensitivity, but don't try to figure it out. If something nasty finds you because of this beacon you are using, then just throwing it away will not work because it is focused on YOU.

As I have said, any member of the pagan community will dispose of it for free......Cause that's our job *grin*

When I was a teenager some girls and I were playing and some weird stuff happened. We told it we needed proof that it was really there, and it told us that he had died in a car crash and that he was behind the dresser. At first we thought that was pretty stupid, but then my friend Heidi (we were at her house) turned very white. She went behind the dresser and pulled out a dusty poster; it was a collage she had made of a previous Home Coming parade. A football player on the poster had died in a car accident.

I would NEVER play with one today. You are opening yourself up to potential bad things in the universe. If you are a "sensitive" person, you could be in a lot of trouble.

i always said how much evil can Milton Bradley put in a little printed peice of press board and a chunk of molded plastic any way. When i had that damn thing weird **** kept happening more and more until i pitched that thing. i think i might have burned it. The last odd thing it did. i had it wedged above my closet door between the door molding and the ceiling. when i say wedged, i had to shove it up in there. a couple of nights later after i had gone to sleep, it sprung itself down. i don't know how.

Don't play with this "game". I had one and my life was upside down because of it. My mother had to give it away to a psychic, if you have one DON'T throw it way, give it to somebody that knows about this.
