I am a member of the local YMCA. I like to go swimming at their pool a few days a week. One problem with the location I go to is you have to walk thru the locker room first then enter into the bathroom, a big pain when you have to pee really bad. What I have done a few times when the pool isn't too busy is to just pee in the pool. I don't think it is really wrong to do since they have all the chemicals in it. I am curious if any other ladies have done the same too?

Sorry, I've NEVER peed in a pool. Don't you get that water up your nose or in your mouth sometimes? Do you hang out around your urine in the pool or do you move away like you didn't do anything? Think about it....it's nasty. If everyone did it (which I'm sure kids take swimming courses there), there wouldn't be enough chemicals to kill all that bacteria. There are chemicals in the pool, but urine can mess up the selenity of the water and cause chemical imbalance. You really shouldn't wait so long to go to the bathroom, that can cause bladder infections or UTI's (urinary tract infection). Go at the first sign that you have to pee, then you won't feel like the "wait" to get through the locker room to the bathroom.

Yes, only because my coach has this rule NO GOING TO THE BATHROOM during practice. I pratice 5 times a week, I pee in the pool about once a month or so. It is so gross, and I do not go when I'm on my .

Ok i did only because i was four but i have not done it evere again i only did it because my swim coach would not let me go to the bathroom

With out the P you would have OOL.. who would want to swim in a ool....Besides do you know how many children pee in the ool..thats right that why its called a POOL...lol

I did when I was a kid, now I know how to hold it. Swim in a river, it won't matter there.

well ya know everyone does it once in a while, u really shouldn't just incase, only do it when ur coach won't let u or somethin.
