I got mt period on Oct/10 so I took my pill on the 15th(I took 2 bc I was suppose to start in on Sunday) I missed another pill on tuesday Wednesday the 17, so I took 2 the next day) I had sex the 20th an started spotting the 24th and still spotting today the 27th, I started getting light cramps yesterday.
I have never spotted before...ever...and I've been in the pill for a while. I have an appointment the 2nd but I'm worried.
What could it be?
and oh yeah I get my period every 28 days.

It could be implantation bleeding. Keep your doctor's appointment and tell your doctor about the missed birth control and the date you had sexual intercourse, as well as the date of your last full menstrual period. Your doctor will probably order a pregnancy test because of all the issues going on. Good luck.

The spotting can be caused by your pill. Because you missed a day and took it the next day the hormone levels in your sytem are messed up. I wouldn't worry about it. Talk to your Dr. about it and see what he says....he might want to switch you to the patch so you can't forget. There is also the Nova-ring that could help too. Good Luck and have a great week.
