Tubs are way better!! You have the option to take a bath or a shower- there is no option with the shower. You dont need to take a bath and then stand up and get out!! Stand up and shower afterwards! For all the people talking about sitting in your own dirt- shower first if you please! :) Bubble baths w/ great smelling candles and bob marley singing ....soooo relaxing :)

It depends, when I'm in a rush I usually take a quick shower, but sometimes you just want to relax and read a book or something, than thats the best time to have a tub bath.

Showers generally use less water and they are better for cleaning because the water is moving and it goes directly down the drain, thus removing more dirt, body "soils," accumulated pollutants, etc. They normally take less time. For these reasons, showers are better. A bath can be good for specific things -- relaxation, etc. -- but you might want to take a quick shower before or after to actually get clean.

Tub baths are good for relaxing you and are better for getting dried skin or scabs off, ugh! I think its good for your body to occasionally have a good soak but showers cost less money to have, use up less water and energy and you don't float in your own skin. So regular showers are the most affective but a nice hot bath in winter is really nice, huh?

For relaxing purposes yes. But for efficient cleaning of your body you should take a shower. With a tub you basically swim in your own filth as you clean yourself. With a shower you are standing in constant clean water. What I like to do is take a shower first to clean myself and then a bath to relax.

On one hand, showers (supposedly) use less water - but not in my house - and rinse your dirt right down the drain. On the other hand, tub baths are much more relaxing.

They both have their advantages and disadvantages. I think it depends on your mood and preferences. As a kid, I loved baths, but as an adult, those are a rarity since I prefer showers.

They maybe fun but you have to think about the fact that your swimming in your own dirty, you know the dirt you were trying to get rid of on the 1st place. So i would say showers are better.

in a bath tub you lay in the water hwich is full of your dead skin and dirt where as a shower continuously takes off dead skin cells and dirt without wallowing in your own filth

No.. tub baths can make you get yeat infection, urinary trac infections... because all the dirt off your body stays floating around in the water.
