Almost everyday. There's a gym in the building where I work so it's easy. I have a free company membership (I'm spoiled)

Depends on what you call working out. I do not do near enough crunches or push ups or sqauts. However, I do go walking/jogging 4 times a week. I try to get in 2-3 miles each time i go. I have not jogged much since I had my 3 boys, so it has taken some time, but I can finally jog 2 miles without dying.

Yes, like 3 day per week and I take dance classes every day of the week.You know feeling good with your self is part of your life and doing some workout make me feel happy and healthy.So good luck! with that.

hell no!!! I move as little as possible. I hate for my heart rate to go up. When it does, I feel like I can't breathe and my body feels like it's gonna burn up from the inside out and I freakin hate that feeling. I hate excersice, hate to work out!!!!!! I'd rather starve to death and be weak and flabby or even fat. I hate it with a mighty passion!!!!!!!
I'd rather die.

When the mood takes me, I go out to the barn and kick, punch, nut, elbow and generally beat the crap out of a whole collection of hanging sandbags until they all killed to death.

And then I may just kill them all again, just for spite...

Absolutely! I feel like a slug if I don't. It's incredibly important for women to be fit, to fight off disease, to prevent heart disease, to keep their bones strong, to slow down the aging process, you name it!
