Question Details: The coursework is invetigating the opposite corners in a square and rectangel and I have the formulae but need help doing a conlusion and showing how i got the formulae for rectangles which was- (w-1) * (L-1) * width of grid rectangle is in plz help?

You could do with spell checking your English before asking a question because this is not that intelligible.

All I can offer by way of help is that a square is a rectangle where all the sides are equal in length. In any rectangle the angle in each corner is 90 degrees (right angles).

The opposite corners in a square are at 90% right angles. The same is true for rectangles.

Is this on a number grid - like lots of GCSE c/w tasks?

Good conclusions explain where the parts of the formula come from both 'physically' and algebraically i.e. how you probably found the formula - think about how the w-1 and L-1 relate to the opposite corners.

Hard to help you when I'm not sure if it's on a number grid or not and if so - what size (guess the formula links different grid sizes)?!?

It looks like you're overcomplicating things, Adam. As has already been stated, the angles at each corner of a square or rectangle is 90 degrees.
