I did Mary Kay and Party Lite in the past and was not happy about the doing the partys. I ran out of ideas fast too. Here is a honest , ethical, reliable company. I tryed the "free" survey and the ones you pay for. I was ripped off!!Learn form my mistakes!! I got feed up and started the research and found alot of B.S. The best thing to do is look for a company, work at home that is, that is backed by the BBB, http://search.bbb.org/
You can search all legit business and save yourself the time and money. It took me 3 months of looking and research but I found job that is back by the BBB. I love my job and it's easy and fun. You check it out for yourself, and see if it's what you are looking for. It's about $25 to start and the team is very helpful. Have home parties - good way to sell a lot in a little time.
Become a leadership representative.
Become a Beauty Advisor
Always give GREAT customer service.

The most important thing in sales is to have a positive attitude! Believe in yourself and try to have a good strategy for the day or week etc. Remember that you're helping people and that will help you feel confident when you approach them.
The best sales advice I ever heard was:
"The only difference between a successful person and a failure is that the successful one gave it just one more try."
