Can my brother still get a driving job? His CDL is still intact.?

He failed a drug test at Swift after driving a year and a half. This was Swift company drug test and not the DOT. He still has his CDL's but got fired. Can he just go to another company and drive? Where are his records? Who will hire if it is listed on DAC report?

no company that knows why he was fired will hire him, no insurance company will insure him if they know why he was fired!
good luck, but I would be looking for a different line of work!
