quilted place mat sets-no sew throws you can get patterns at your local fabric store or a walmart-home made scarfs just need fleece or crochet-family photo album or scrap book you can hot glue fabric on them and give them a fancy look-have fun happy holidays

Any kind of homemade cookies, bars or candies, also homemade cranberry sauces, jams and jellies in nice jars with christmas material over the tops make nice gifts

I went to the flea market and bought old oil lamps, which I painted with each family member's favorite things (example: one has a cat on it, the other one elephants, I even made one for myself with the logo of my favourite hockey team). Time consuming but comes out to approx $5-6 each.

Tea stain a piece of muslin, cut into 3" square and embroider a word that have meaning for your family/friends, ie., family, faith and hope. Starch heavily and make into a Christmas tree ornament by attaching a piece of cording or leather.
