I am 20 years old and can pursue any field I want. I like math, science, working outside, cooking, organization, and do not like working inside of an office or dealing with paperwork.

Have you thought of becoming an environmental technician or reclamation specialist? I work for an oilsand company, and they are very adamant about land reclamation once the mining operation moves out of the area. You could also work for forestry on a watch tower, but that would be lonely. How about a land surveyor, it's a respectable trade and there seems to always be a lot of work. All of these jobs except watch tower would have you using your math and science ability, working outside and they all take organization. Good luck finding your career path!

How often do you like to be outside? If it is most of your day you should probably look into construction, or some sort of landscaping business. When it gets colder you could probably take some chef courses over at a junior college and get some sort of degree in that and become a chef at a 5 star resort/hotel. Then there is the hopes of becoming a scientist and discover the finer things in life. I guess just do what your heart guides you to. If you like retail, you could always get into that also.

Forget what you "like" to do. Pursue what you LOVE to do. What do you enjoy so much that you forget about time and just keep working? What do you pursue with a passion and read all about it? Envision your dream job and make it your reality! This works.

You say you "like" the fields you mentioned, but what you failed to mention is if you have any experience in those fields.
