If you have internet exporer - you go to the website and add it to your favorites, and then make sure to click the box that says "Make available offline". That will allow you to view it later offline.

1. Double-click the Internet Explorer icon on your Windows desktop (also available by clicking on your Windows Start button, then Programs).
2. Go to the Help menu and choose Contents and Index.
3. Look for a section entitled Browsing Web pages Offline, which will contain the instructions you need.

only the page u r viewing can be saved to ur disk by clicking FILE TAB & then save as. If u want o save the whole website, u have to click all the links on the site and then save it. Which is very lengthy & hard work.
Wish U Good Luck.

Hi ya
when i used to need to do this i used a shareware program called net vampire. You can download it from netvampire.com or softpedia.com.
This latest version allows you to download even from https websites.
You type in the url, and specify the directory to save it to, and click go!
I hope this helps.
remember though to only download from sites you have permission to donload content from

The best thing to do is:
File
Save Page As (this way, it saves all the pictures, text, etc)
Make sure to do this for every page WITH that website, so they link accordingly.
Hope this helps!
