No. Regardless of how many games you play, it will not affect your hard drive, unless you get to many in which they will start to slow your computer down.

at normal condition nthing i gone happnen i have 250gb harddisk it runs 24*7

probaly i use my comp as server i do play lot of games ...
i have nver heard hard disk failure due to playing games ,,,, if u want performane alwys defragment ur drive every week and increase page file

No, it won't have any effect on your hard drive. Just make sure you have good air flow inside your case so that your processor doesn't overheat.
