there seems to be mixed reviews on this topic. I'm not talking about giving oral..that's most likely cheating; I'm talking about receiving oral. since you're not the one really doing anything, does that count? I see this in the same league as receiving a massage with a happy ending. Of course it's cheating. Even if you're not doing anything yourself, it's what you are letting someone do to you that counts as well!

It is cheating! There is a BIG difference in getting your nails done, in a well lit, public salon and slinking off somewhere allowing someone to orally satisfy you!
