Start right away with cat litter or sand. But by far the best product I've used is from ACCClean.com. You may have to do a google search for it as sometimes the URL doesn't go directly to the site. The cleaner is amazing. Put it down and walk away. Several days later the spot is gone!!! The cleaner continues to work until the spot becomes the cleanest area of your driveway.......amazing.
If you don't want to buy the stuff from ACC, then your local hardware and auto store have cleaners, but they don't work as well as ACC's.
The sand or cat litter is just a start, it won't remove the entire stain, just starts absorbing while you find something else.

Yes, Kitty Litter does work! Just cover it with kitty litter and let set over night. It will come up. Sometimes though, it will leave just a hint of discoloration. For this I have used powdered dishwasher soap. I suppose any dishwasher soap will do, but I used Cascade, I simply covered it with the powder, moistened it a little to make it pasty. Leave it for over night again. Next morning, hose down with water and you have your drive way looking like new again. I suggest you put a heavy pot or can upside down over the stain while soaking, so it won't be walked on at night by animals and spoil your project.

To remove it try this (I have had great success):
Take a can of Berryman's B-12 (spray is preferred). Spray the oily area (not too much at one time) and then quickly blot with a paper towel or cloth. Avoid smearing because you don't want it to spread too much. Repeat until you get the oil out. I have completely removed oil stains this way. The quicker you can get to it, the better it works. Even on old oil stains, it will lighten them to a point that looks better.

Some of the oil is probably in the porous concrete and nothing will probably get it out completely, But you can spray the oil spot with carb. cleaner fluid until saturated , before it drys install kitty litter. Remove kitty litter spray again continue this until you get the most up.

Quick - you need baking soda, dry sand, anything like that to put over the oil spot.
Surround the spot with sponges if possible, that way it won't spread.
Use the sand or another type of gravel to dig into the cement and to hopefully take out the oil.
Hurry if you take too long it won't do a thing.

Powdered laundry detergent works well. Put it on the spot, and let it set to absorb the oil. I use the cheap stuff from Sam's, and it works great. You can either spray the spot off or leave it to absorb the oil and it will wash away with the next rain.

Use kitty litter to absorb the major portion. Sweep it off and cover the stain with Dawn dish liquid. Cover the stain with Saran wrap and leave it alone for 24 hours. At that point it should scrub off with a minimal amount of elbow grease. I learned this from the garage I take my car, and their floor looks like new.

Once you get the excess off with kitty litter, pour dishwasher detergent on the stains. Then, using old boots, do the "TWIST" on the detergent. This motion sends the detergent deep into the porous crete and actually BLEACHES out the stain. Pressure washing will not get into the pores and can actually blow away the top surface of your crete......be careful with one of those!
I have one more solution, but the EPA would oppose my suggesting it!

cheap kitty litter like the other said. Spread it out on the stain and grind it in with your foot. sweep off the mess and the stain is better. It won't totally disappear but it will be less noticeable.
