People give terrible answers on this site.
I was actually researching this exact thing a few weeks ago, because I'm going as Jean Harlow for Halloween... and I've recently been doing a bunch of 20s - 50s pin-up photography.
I found my answer in the book "Making Faces" and on the Kevin Aucoin forum...
"If you want an inexpensive way to cover up your eyebrows so that you don't have to really alter them in anyway for drag or to just hide them for a completely different look...use a little bit of spearamint oil and concealer with the moustache wax to cover them up...this will give the illusion of actual skin tone while also aiding in preventing cracking/flaking of the wax.
Before applying the wax compound...brush brows each in a direction that lays them flat. Do away with any stray hairs or trim to shape them for your "normal look. Use a glue stick to run over them so they remain "tacky". Pat dry with cleaned finger as to not add excess oil to brow. Mix Spearamint oil, moustache wax, and concealer...smooth on evenly in one direction until fully covered and illusion of browless forehead achieved. Let dry...
Apply makeup as desired. This should give you at least six hours coverage. Lady's lasted her 8-10 hours at a time. It depends on your skin...the amount you put on and the amount of contact you hands have with your skin. If you touch your brow a lot it will wear off more quickly."

I think the most comfortable thing you could do is just draw within your existing brows. And to make an added dramatic effect using the eyelash/eyebrow tiny comb (it's in most standard brush kits). Take the tiny comb/brush (you can also use an old toothbrush if nothing else) and spray some hairspray on it then mousse/skrunch up your eyebrows. It looks really rough and grabs people's attention instantly. Works great for a costume party or dramatic events. Good luck!

Thats kind of a difficult question. I don't think you should get an eyebrow piercing because 1) you don't have eyebrows and 2) there isn't anything to pierce if you don't have eyebrows!

Some ladies go crazy and shave off their eyebrows for fashion reasons. Then they have some different eyebrows painted on their faces. Ugh! Anyway, if you don't want to go to extremes, just lightly glue some fake eyebrows over your real ones.

You can use an eyebrow stencil set and draw over it, or apply brow powder to give it that added effect. You can typically find those at any drugstore of beauty supply store.

whatever you do Pls don't shave them .... I shaved mine ..going on 2or 3 yrs and now i am trying to grow them back it's very hard because they are growing like wild grass and i am tempted to shave them... and having to draw your eyebrows on is horrible... If you want to draw on or something for Halloween ..depending on how you brows are shaped? just make your original eyebrow thicker and darker ..... w/o touching your own brow... best bet for one night.. besides it will be dark and dem depending if you will be outside. PLEASE DON'T SHAVE YOU EYEBROWS!

Why don't you just use yours and draw 'extra' with a eyeliner pencil? I use that to darken mine sometimes....it's very natural looking and works well. In your case, you'll just have to put it on heavy for halloween.
