I'm thinking about doing that, the approx cost is $600.
So if we will reach the goal by the release date, I will stand in line, purchase ps3, and smash it.. and record everything from smashing to reactions on peoples faces onto a camera.

i would post it on youtube and my website.

I will update this section with website link, and on that website you will be able to get address to send money orders too, and paypal account info to send the money too.

Every donation will be posted on the webstie, as soon as recieved.

We pay movie price or movie rental price to see brand new expensive cars smashed in a car scene so I don't see why not!

For one that is a waste of $5. And that is just plain mean. I mean, why destroy something with so much potential fun. If you want to destroy stuff, go out and shoot bottles and old computers and cars. That is fun!

NO - sorry, I'm not into conspicuous consumption. The whole concept sux & I think you really need to sit down & re-evaluate your priorities. Neither of my children have even a ps1 or xbox
or anything like that because I can't afford to buy this stuff & you want to buy one just to destroy it? That's just sad, man - too sad.

I'd do it. It's only 5 bucks, and it'd be entertaining to see the reactions.
