Maybe you have hemorrhoids, or your bm is too hard, meaning you are slightly constipated. Try increasing your fiber intake, by eating fruits and vegetables and whole grains. If this doesn't help you should see a Dr.

Sounds like you need more fiber. Konsyl, Metamucil and such are will improve the mechanics by causing the bm to retain adequate moisture. Specifically, you should steer clear of chemical laxatives which may cause dependence.

Could be internal hemoroids. Drink water and eat really healthy for a few days straight. .. and take a stool softener. If that doesn't help within a few days, you're gonna have to go to the dr. :)

It could be hemorrhoids or an anal fissure, as weird as it would be you'll have to go to a doctor and get it checked out.

you could very well have a hemoroid...most people dont know they have them until they sit down..when you try to have a BM, the hemoroid gets in the way and can cause pain

Could be hemorrhoids or anal fissure. Seek a doctor anyway.

It is probably just gas. It can cause discomfort when sitting and abdomianal cramps. It sounds silly but it's true. When your body disposes of the gas you will feel better.

You know you're bound to get some wise cracks on this question.

I have no idea..maybe you are constipated or have you had anal sex? If so, that could be it.

Sounds like an hemroid (sp). Wipe with some kind of oil or beeswax.
If it is an hemroid, use aloe vera plant, heals overnight.
