what type of question ask incall center give answer

what? i don't understand the question, is it what type of question customers ask, or what type of question they ask in an interview. what??? be more specific. i've work in a call center before, but i don't get the ????

Most probably u will be asked like these type of questions......
In the first round...called JAM session (Just A Min. round)
Tell me about urself?
Say upon any of ur own topic for atleast 2 mins.?
And in second round.......called Voice and accent round
U r given a passage and is asked to read.
In third Round.......called Telephonic round
U r given to attend a call and ur senior level persons asks u to speak on various topics.Mostly on the city traffic,favourite holiday spot or memorable moment...etc....
Last round will be HR round (Human Resourse)
U r asked to sit in front of HR and salary negotiations,ur time of work and all various things will be disscussed.
Any wayz prepare for this and u will sure shot get the job
