well 18 feet 7 inches = 223 inches, 10 feet 7 inches = 127 inches and 40 inches = 40 inches (lol) = 1132840 cubic inches. there are 36 inches in a yard and to get a cubic yard 36*36*36=46656 cubic inches per cubic yard.
1132840 cubic inches/46656 cubic inches per cubic yard = 24.280692729766803840877914951989 cubic yards
pretty close to 24.28 cubic yards
