Theres a big debate about size 0 models at the moment, and how it will make women want to diet.
The media need to push up curvy women like j-lo, scarlett johanssen and beyonce, like they do kate moss etc.
But i want to ask, being big n curvy (boobs, bums, thighs) is that a bummer or stunner?
(im curvy and feel like a stunner lol)

STUNNER!!! I am very curvy 36x24x42 yeah thats some major curves. Those skinny models just need a sandwich,or a cheeseburger!!!! I think some curves is more appealing. Those scawny models aren't even modeling the clothes because the clothes are basically hanging over them. They look like skeletons draped in clothing. To each his own,but i'm lovin beyonce,j-lo, all those chicks that fill out their red carpet gowns.!!!!

In the past, larger, curvier women used to be very popular, and were considered beautiful. Nowadays, it's much more difficult for curvy women to be seen in the same light because of the impact the media has had on women, and some men, in this society.
I am a size 11, and everyone is shocked when I tell them I actually weigh 20 pounds more than they think I do. It's because I'm well proportioned and tall, so I can carry the weight. I would never want to be stick thin, because I think that I'd be losing some of my best features.

stunner! real women have curves! I'm curvy and my fiance loves it! I get tons of complements from him not to mention the guys at work trying to pick me up all the time! Saying they like curvy women with something to grab onto. Most of the guys I know aren't interested in the stick thin girls. But there are some out there.

i get a lot of stick from close members of my family for being a nice curvy size 14.

but i love the way i look. its largely because i wear the right things and make sure that it flatters my figure. I have 34 G boobs, and i love them...
cant say i have ever heard my boyfriend of two 1/2 years complain! (bit of a pain when your running down the stairs though).

I would like to shift a little of the weight, but so long as i am no bigger than i m now, then i am more than happy.

i eat healthy, exercise (in the fun way always!! hehe) and just generally try and enjoy my life.

Well J-Lo, Scarlett Johanssen and Beyonce aren't exactly 'bigger' women. They are healthy size women with great figures. Of course, they are stunners, curves are in! HTH : )

stunner. why do we consider stick thin women the holy grail of beauty?????? every time i see a girl thats a size 4, i think wow shes sooooo lucky! in some ways yes shes very lucky. shes society's version of perfection, noone is makin fun of her, shes probably out on a date every saturday night. BUT shes not lucky in soooooo many ways too. she cant eat that big ole hamburger for dinner, shes gotta watch her figure. when youre a size 16, what will a hamburger hurt? she knows that any big girl could whip her around like a ragdoll if they wanted too. unless shes got alotta money, she has no *** and no boobs. big girls do. we all know a hundred pound girl cant hold alcohol. big girls can drink all night. i could go on and on..... BIGGER IS BETTER

As a size 10 myself and considered full size; I think it's all in how you put yourself together and a lot is about attitude as well. We have to know our limitations and not try to dress like we are a size 2. Find out what works for you and go with it. Curvy is hot!!!

Being beautiful starts with a good attitude, which you obviously have! Good for you! The fashion world should embrace all body types and design accordingly. If a woman knows how to carry herself and respects herself, it doesn't matter what size she is, she's a stunner. =]
