it was left 'open' so you are led to believe it can continue.
i won't spoil it by saying who lives and who dies - just that i was upset by the leaving of 2 main characters.
in the last series - angel does go to find buffy but you dont get to see her face, as sarah michelle gellar was filming either scooby-doo2 or grudge at the time.
great storylines in last series - you will have to get it on dvd or watch angel on the sci-fi channel.
sky2 are showing angel during the day - might want to set video for it.

Don't get sky one, but last episode ended with them fighting a whole mess of nasty looking creatures sent after them by the evil law firm they went to work for, after they double crossed the law firm and decided good would win out over evil. Been a while since I last saw it, but I believe Wesley did die. I don't know if you get TNT, but it's on early in the mornings on weekdays.

i got all into that show and i thought the ending was the worse in the world. i was sooo disappointed. they didn't live happily ever after. they all sat around and they were like are you ready for this? let's do it. and they all ran off battling the demons and stuff b/c of the apocolypse or something like that. you dont even see them battle. they just get up and start walking and it ends right there. disappointing. but good show overall~!

Don't know when it was aired as got DVD.
No they did not live happily ever after. Armageddon started, Wes died, Gunn is about to die & Angel, Spike & Dead Fred went to fight a dragon, brilliant!!

They didn't live Happily ever after...there wasn't really an end to the show, and they probably all died.

not sure when it was shown but i saw it on DVD recently. They didnt die as such but it ended in a situation where you knew they would have done. damn cliffhangers that are never gonna have an ending!

i watched it ages ago cant remember if it was last year now x but it is basically left that you think they all die as they are left to fight lots of big baddies x
